Hand Thrown Mug Glazing and Painting Workshop with Local Potter Amy Bishop – 6/18/26

Choose your favorite hand-thrown mug shape, pick your colors, and make it completely your own. Join Amy and Jim from Sawdust & Clay for a relaxed, creative workshop where you’ll paint a one-of-a-kind pottery mug that’s both beautiful and functional. No experience needed – just come ready to unwind, create, and enjoy making something handmade and meaningful.

Your finished mug will be glazed and kiln-fired in our studio, ready for pickup after firing in approximately three weeks.

You will receive a $5 Adventures in Bloom store credit to use during the workshop that evening.

Class will have a minimum of 6 and is capped at 12 participants. You can bring in snacks/drinks (wine/beer are okay!). Class is recommended for ages 12 and up.

A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the workshop. Image pictured is an inspiration picture – each painting will vary based on paint colors chosen, vase chosen, etc.
