Fill Your Cup 2nd Annual Women’s Wellness Event

Join Peak Pelvic Health and MissionFIT Rehab & Performance for our 2nd Annual Women’s Wellness event to learn about the services and resources available to you in the community to help you “Fill Your Cup.” Cost is $35 and will include 1 free drink/flight ticket, hors d’oeuvres, learning from keynote speakers and networking with woman owned businesses and local health and wellness businesses. You will also have an opportunity to hear speakers on topics that include menopause, nutrition, sleep hygiene, metabolic health, financial fitness, and so much more.
