DESCRIPTION:Nominate a business\, an individual/group\, a non-profit organization\, or youth member that has positively impacted the Town of Apex through selfless acts or made contributions to the community at large in 2024.\nNomination Requirements:\nIndividual\, group\, or youth nominees must live in Apex AND/OR the act of service must directly impact the Apex community.\nBusiness and non-profit organizations must be located in Apex.\nAge of youth category is Kindergarten through Senior year of High School\nPast recipients of the Top Thinker Award ARE NOT eligible to be nominated again (see list on website).\nPast recipients of the Honorable Mention ARE eligible to be nominated again (see list on website).\nThe selfless acts or community contributions occurred in calendar year 2024. \nNote: This is NOT an award based on “customer service” or any other aspect of an individual’s profession.\nTo provide judges with a thorough summary of the nominee\, please fill out the entire form with as much detail as possible.\nHint: Providing highly descriptive nomination details will increase the nominee’s consideration by the judges.
