Follow this page for any weather-related event cancellations.\nParticipants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver at the event before receiving the Town-supplied Holi powders.\nTossed powders may stain clothing\, hair or skin. Please wear clothing that can get messy.\nThere is a designated area for tossing Holi powders into the air. Attendees will be required to stay within the designated area while tossing powder.\nTown staff may be on site during the festival taking photos/video of festival events and attendees
