Submit an Event
Instructions: Fill out the fields below in order to have your event listed on the online calendar. **Please note – your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to ensure it contains all the information needed and follows the guidelines. You will be notified if your event is not approved.
*Explore Apex reserves the right to decline any event submission as deemed necessary
Required guidelines:
- Events need to be held in Apex, NC
- Events need to be open to the public
- Events should appeal to Apex residents and visitors
Allowable events:
- Community event
- Consumer and trade shows featuring multiple businesses
- Grand openings
- Special events hosted by a business
Non-allowable events:
- Non-visitor events including: meetings, conventions, auctions, clinics, seminars, etc.
- Virtual events
- Church, school, and political events
- Events geared toward specials, sales, and discounts.
- Events submitted less than 7 business days prior to the event date
